About the Project:
For a number of obvious reasons, our clients will often request that their Matrix documents remain anonymous, but there are just as many cases when a client of ours will actually utilize their matrix as a forward-facing promotional document. This was the case with KCAS who asked us to convert the information discovered during the Matrix evaluation into a piece they use regularly as a full-page print piece and a series of introduction slides.

About the Project:
When this organization met with Cicada, they did not have any formal marketing processes in place, so the first thing we knew needed to be done was a complete organizational Matrix evaluation. This step was important enough that we traveled a few states away to meet with their entire leadership team and after garnering input on their business, we were able to complete this beautiful file for them, outlining their services and their target markets.
